Fitness tips, health tips?
Hello, everyone! My husband and I have been together for 3 years, married for 3 months. He has always been very active and enjoys working out. He is very good looking *that may be a bit biased though*....
Although we both have bad eating habits (junk food, fast food, late night eating very often), he stays fit and toned even if we barely are that active... he just can get up and go whenever he wants to, and he is very motivated to start working out and staying in shape regularly. I have always been overweight due to being in the hospital most of my life and always needing steroids for my low immune system and other medications that made me gain weight, last I checked a few months ago I was almost at 230lbs, I'm 5'4, and 18 years old (almost 19). I have never done anything to help myself lose weight and it's my fault entirely. I was wanting to get some motivation from you ladies out there as to how you managed to lose weight quickly and stay in shape/eat healthy. If you have tips for beginners fitness and activity please let me know, also, I would appreciate meal plans to make me drop weight quickly but in a healthy way. My husband loves me just the way that I am but knows that I am insecure and hates me feeling bad about myself... I just want to feel better and look better while doing it! I am in the process of quitting smoking as well! I want my body healthy inside and out!!! Please any tips would be so helpful!!! The main parts of my body I want to focus on is stomach, booty, back fat, and arms!
