Exercise and cycle changes
Recently dropped 70 pounds (30 more to go) and my cycle went from a 35 day cycle to a 30, I'm 40, not premenopausal, have PCOS, two kids, one being a prepubescent female.
At first I thought it was my daughter being around that she's about to start, which is highly probable in its own right, but then again I have been clockwork like since the birth of my 7 year old. With her hormonal butt around consistently.
I'm doing the weight loss with exercise and calorie counting, not cutting any specific foods, or adding this or that supplement, so that rules out diet, picture for attention.
