hellpppp...rash since 11 weeks pregnant

I have been having this rash for over a week. It started as a spot on my stomach and is now EVERYWHERE on my body. My chest my back my stomach and now moving to my thighs. It is literally on my body where I almost have no smooth skin. I went to urgent care but he looked at me and didn't ask no questions and I was n the room for 3 minutes. It's itchy and it's starting to freak me out...I'm thinking about going to emergency room cause it's getting worse by the day. Someone have to know what it is (dr wise)
