Nexplanon, irregular period, and miscarriages

Last year i was raped by my boyfriend at the time. I had np birth control and he ended up getting me pregnant. I got out of that relationship and then found out I was pregnant. The doctors refused to get me in. Eventually weeks passed and I got sick and was bed ridden. I had been passing massive gray and black looking clots for about two weeks. When we called the doctor they said it was just a normal period. Eventually we got through to them it was more serious and they refused to believe I was even pregnant. I had a shit ton of positive tests and even had all the signs. Long story short when I went to the doctor they said it was a chemical miscarriage and my mom forced me to get nexplanon. Since then my boyfriend now, who is way different than that guy, and I used protection as well as me on birth control. A couple weeks I just felt weird and then started having cramps and then yet again the clotting. I took tests and the first was positive but then I just didn't take any for about a week and then they started coming back as negative. The doctor told me it is mpst likely another miscarriage. I have nobody to talk to and I don't even trust the doctors there anymore. All the women in my family have something I cant remember the name of and miscarriages are the majority in my family. Everybody only had one at max two kids and so many they lost. I dont know if the nexplanon forced me to have a miscarriage or what. I dont know how any of this works honestly since I wasnt informed on the implant thats supposed to prevent pregnancies. I really need advice and help right now
