Lossing weight and mirena

So i took out mirena at drs fri am. No spotting or period. Today sunday night we started having sex to ttc second baby... i just realize idk why now hahaha i want to loose 20 lbs before im pregnant... if i become pregnant is that something u can do? Btw im overweight.
