Painful breasts

I only have had tender breasts when I was pregnant both times with my 2 kids. I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant but my breasts hurt so bad! It's to the point where when I take my bra off, I get in such excruciating pain that I want to cry. My baby is 2 years old and he tosses and turns alot when he sleeps and He'll sometimes kick my breasts (partial co-sleeps when he wakes up in the middle of the night and sneaks to our bed lol)and my period is supposed to start in about 2 weeks or less.

Has anyone else had this problem? Also any tips to help sooth them? I'm desperate.
