Hospital question
So my baby was born may 23, i forgot to bring the blue card with all his info on it, the one they put in his crib. 😔 So i was wondering, you think if i call the hospital and tell them they'll make another one for me?
I needed it to get wic and to add him on the medical card but they were ok with adding him without it.
So really now i want it because i wanna make a shadow box for my baby.
