i need help losing weight.
Hey I'm 14. And I'm over weight I'm on a diet and stuff but I don't feel motivated to work out andmy momjist jeeps screaming at me cause I don't work out. Is there any wayi can lose 20-30 pounds not super rushed but like as fast as possible. I'm a really picky eater i don't like no vegetables and i get mad if someone makes me eat something i hate. I do love fruits and i also drink a lot of water. I weigh like 168 or something like that and i want to become halthy and have the body of my dreams. Someone please help me. I don't want to be depressed cause of my body anymore. And i feel really ashamed posting this but I'm also pre diabetic and i don't want to get diabetes. I feel ashamed cause my weight and everything but someone please message me or comment below and help me. I'll appreciate it. Thanks.
