Summer Cold!!!!

I'm so miserable 😭 I have this cold allergy thing going on. My nose is super runny, my eyes are watery but not too bad, but cheesy rice this cough is the worst thing EVER! I actually coughed until I puked this morning. Almost twice. I cough and cough all day long and it's this dry hacking cough. My husband says I sound terrible. I don't know what to do with this. I've googled and found nothing that says what I can do or take. I also have allergies to medicine like Benadryl and Tylenol.
