need relationship advice

Hi I've been in a relationship with my significant other for four years, married for almost one year with a two year old son. We've been fighting constantly over the most trivial things ever to the point we say stuff that we both regret in the end. I'm not good on communication which also puts a strain on our relationship because it makes us both annoyed. I'm not sure what to do!!! HELP!!!!
