TMI PICTURE. Is this thrush? It started with itchy red patches around my areola. You can see one near my finger in the pic. My sob does have white on his tongue. Now my nipple is this bright red color.

I couldn't tell you if that's thrush for sure or not, but today I found out my baby did have it and the only thing that made me think that was that my nipples were itchy and sometimes had a stinging sensation. The dr checked the babies mouth and there were a few blisters on the roof of his mouth and on his gums under his tongue.

Can you take a picture of your little ones mouth? I found when my baby cluster feed and used me for a dummy or alternatively I bf and pumped it would cause my nipples to go read on the end like yours xx
