weight loss
I've been calorie counting for about 3 months. I've stayed at 200 pounds no gaining and definitely no losing. I've done my research and I'm working on the right amount. If I eating 1,200 calories a day and by that I should be losing 1.5 pounds per week. I hike regularly and when I'm not hiking I'm playing frisbee. I'm just not losing weight and I don't understand.
