Making Changes for a Healthier Living

I just wanted to share this with the Glow Community. The picture to the left was last year for Mother's Day at a friend's house, weighing at 294lbd. At this weight I couldnt really walk a certain distance. I would get out of breath, chest will start hurting, very low selfish esteem, my sex drive was very low and I was very miserable. I would look at myself in the mirror and all I did was cry but never did I want to change until the Doctor told me my results about my Ovaries. It was confirmed I had PCOS after I have been struggling with periods, hormones etc for soo long. That same day I went to a weigh loss clinic for help. Metabolic Research Center! September 2016 I decided to change my living habits for a healthier one. Since Sept I have lost 53lbs. Picture on the left I am weighing at 242lbs. I still haven't reached my goal but when that day comes I will definitely give you all an update. I decided to do this for my health and because I want to become a mommy one day. I am praying for baby dust to come my way. Remember you all got to Love yourself enough to live a healthier lifestyle!! 🍏🥑🥗🍍🌽🥊💪🏽🚴🏼‍♀️🥊
