Am i ugly without make up??

Question

So i come from a really religious family. I was not allowed to wear pants...wear jewelry.. Have piercings.. Or wear makeup. Until i moved out and got married and did whatever i wanted to do. In very self conscious and I really dont like people to see me without makeup. I guess i get it from being bullied in school when i was younger.. I hate my strawberry blonde hair/eyebrows. Why wasnt i born a dark skinned exotic babe?!?!
This first picture is me.
 EXCUSE my hair please. Yesterday i went and got a perm...the lady totally screwed up my hair and i had to chop a lot off because it deep fried my hair. It normally does NOT look like this at all!
 But anyways the first picture is me without makeup on. 
The second picture is me with make up on. 
My husband says that i look the same with or without makeup on but when i showed my grandma a picture of me she didnt even recognize me. I told her it was me and she didnt believe me. She said i looked a lot BETTER. 
Guys please be HONEST with yalls answers which one do u prefer. 
And could you rate me with and without makeup 1-10.

I honestly think you look beautiful either way. Your makeup is gorgeous, it looks very natural, I wouldn't change a thing. I think sometimes we tend to be extra critical of our own appearance for no reason. There honestly isn't a big difference, the makeup just enhances your facial features perfectly. Also I read once that red hair and blue eyes is the rarest combination on the planet, so definitely keep rocking your uniqueness.

The only thing with these pictures is that you smiled with your mouth closed in the natural one and also didn't do your hair the way you did in the make up one. I think if you did this you wouldn't see much difference 😊

Oh no girl....you look the same, just with makeup we look more awake and more brighter and colorful. I can tell a difference also with myself with no makeup and with makeup. That's what MAKEUP is for!!!!!! I only wear makeup for special events or if I have a party or somewhere important to go, if not, I rock my pale skin with my hair in a bun. I don't give a flying fudge!!!! You're beautiful either way! :)

I love your make up! And you look beautiful without it! But whatever makes you feel comfortable is most important. I also have strawberry blonde hair. I was teased a lot in school because I had freckles and red hair. It was torture, I feel much better and more confident when I wear make up. My fiance tells me I look good without but I think he is just being nice!😂😂😂
