IUI or Timed intercourse??

Are my chances better with a iui or timed intercourse?  Im on my 4th round with femara, trigger shot and timed intercourse,  but the dr said we can go ahead and try iui if we want.  Not sure what i want to do?  Any thoughts?

Hi, I did three rounds of IUI that didn't work. The whole thing was so stressful that we decided to take a break. Now I'm trying acupuncture with Chinese herbs. I'm TTC my 4th child, and I'm 38 years old. First 3 we got pregnant with no problems whatsoever, and this time we've been teeing a year and a half. 😔 I feel blessed to have 3 healthy kids, but I've always wanted four. We'll see. Yes! We did timed intercourse and nothing. First time iui and bam! I'm two weeks pregnant:)

With iui they will clean your partners sperm then they place the sperm right up where it needs to be. With timed intercourse the sperm would travel further.
