what's going on ........? plz Help

It's soooooo annoying for the past month , I have been experiencing lower back pains , cramps , fatigue , a little of a boob thang, being hungry the whole time like crazy , and Also my periods was one day late , I was truly expecting to be pregnant not only me my mother and sister too , then GUESS WHAT! I get my periods ,the next day?.I am in complete shock I don't know what's going on with my body ....!!! Please guys if u have any answer , comment ...
