Pregnant??

So my birth control ended last Saturday and I started back up on it this past Saturday.. but I haven't gotten my period... last month I started my period on the Saturday I started taking the pill for the new month... but according to glow I'm supposed to start today and haven't..... which officially makes me a week and two days late... I've had cravings for turkey and this morning after breakfast I was nauseous... could I be pregnant??
