Do you refrigerate your NuvaRing before using them?

When I was a pharm tech in grad school we stored it in the fridge. If you're nervous you would be fine to keep at at room temp if it is being used within the four months. Always check with your pharmacist!

Old but in case someone finds this. NuvaRing must be stored by pharmacies in a refrigerator because they can sometimes keep stock longer than 4 months. Personal use storage is at room temperature fpr 4 months. IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED AT HOME
