5 weeks pregnant and so does that mean the baby has implanted or not ?

This is my first child so I'm not sure how all this works I go for my ultrasound in 2 weeks How will Ik if the baby is ok untill them or if it's growing in the right place ?? I'm scared please help !!!

Yes, the baby should be implanted by now. There's really no way to know before the ultrasound, but as along as you're not bleeding, you shouldn't really have anything to worry about! Believe me, I know it's hard not to worry though!
