question regarding PT .

I took this right now it's a EPT test . I am 3 days late . But I was wondering if it's normal to see the control line before even peeing on the test itself . I've bought these before and I don't remember ever seeing the control line before peeing on it . Can someone help ? Top picture is the test I peed on bottom picture is the new test I haven't used yet .
