Groggy
Today I started running to get over my husband's absence for a summer camp and I've been up since 6 am and ran twice for an hour and I felt so great but now I feel groggy and head-achy like I've been sleeping all day but I havent. I'm sure I'm doing a number of things wrong but I don't wanna take it slow with the walking/jogging cause I feel like I'm taking myself closer to him and it keeps my mind busy and positive. I need fries...
