Hey D! 
I’m a surgical technologist. You may not know what that is, but we assist in surgery, set up the instruments and equipment, etc. You know in tv shows where the surgeon goes “scalpel” and someone magically puts a scalpel in their hand....well, that’s me! We’re the surgeons extra set of hands and eyes and ears. We’re like little sterile ninjas that keep everything running smoothly by anticipating what the surgeon may what or need next. 
I say all that to say this....at my hospital, we have an EXCELLENT Accreta program. And yes, I do scrub these cases. I may not be able to answer a lot of your questions. And certainly what I do know is limited to my experience at my hospital with our program (other hospitals might do things differently). But if you have any questions as far as the surgery goes, I may be able to help 🤷🏻‍♀️ I absolutely LOVE doing these surgeries. High risk anything is right up my alley. But I especially love it when we get the chance to help a mom and baby 🖤

I had this. We didn’t know until I was on the operating table about to have our twins delivered! I am so blessed and thankful to be here to raise our sweet girls!
