need help making a decision.
Since having my baby in March I've had a REALLY hard time. I have a situation where I have to make a life changing decision and can't decide what to do.
I am back to working full time and struggling leaving her. She has a great sitter. But my jobs hours are so unpredictable and long.
I currently own a home in which I worked very hard to get, and have been living here almost 2 years. To keep my house I have to continue working full time where I am a salary employee that works over 40 hours a week. To spend more time with my daughter I'd love to leave my job but I'd have to give up my house. I'm lucky and fortunate enough that my parents have opened their home to me, my daughter and husband if I choose to stop working which would result in needing to sell the house.
Do I quit my job and move back home hoping to be happier to send every minute with my daughter?
Or keep my home I worked so hard for and just continue working?
