aching boobs

I am currently 10DPO, took a few tests, got some faint lines, and have boobs that ache bad. I feel like there worse than when AF is going to come. They hurt when I bend down, wear no bra, and I won't let hubby kiss them cause they ache all over even my nipple. My boobs sag cause I've breastfed and so if I have no bra on and jump up and down or run they ache. They feel heavy!
