Scared and heading to the E.R

I'm having really bad sharp pains to my right side... by glow counculation I'm 5 weeks and 4 days. I am so scared. I haven't went to my obgynyet but last week I went to a clenic and they confirmed my pregnancy. Prayers and words of support would be appreciated!!!
