Why are come really good diets pills that work. I'm over weight by almost 150 lbs and have been trying to loose weight for a while and seem to not be able too.

Skip the diet pills as they will just have you bounce back after you go off them. Get my fitness pal and track everything you eat. I mean everything. If you eat one carrot or chip, count it. Eat off a smaller plate and get someone local you see all the time to help you keep to it. You will be able to lose weight but you have to make a life style change. No diets will work forever but changing your life to be more healthy will. Now go make that fat wish it never saw you!

No "diet pill" is going to make you lose weight taking it just alone. All fat loss pills require a healthy diet and exercise. But a really good fat burner is SST my Preformix they have a stimulant and non stimulant which just means it will give you that rush of energy with the stimulant but no crashing. Non stimulant just means you will still get the same benefits just not so much of an energy rush. I've also enjoyed B4 Thermo from BPI Sport. But again you still need to have a good clean diet and exercise with tons of water!! Cut out sodium and unnatural sugars for a couple months also cut out soda. Sports drinks are ok once a week or so but they have tons of sugar and things that aren't needed. You Also need cut down on carbs but eat healthy fats and tons of protein from chicken, fish, pork. I only eat red meats once a week.
