Back brace?
I'm 11 weeks pregnant. I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease last September. I am having really bad back pain today. Chiropractor prescribed a back brace it adjustes in the stomach to either make loose or tight. Would it be ok if I were to put on the brace?
