I didnt jump i was laying down with my husband enjoying the weather since inside the house its really hot so our kids come out and start jumping nothing big since their 6&3 so they really cant move us but then my sister comes out and starts jumping and i start moving all over the place and i told her to stop and she did but then she would do it again i swear i didn't know pregnant woman could jump on a trampoline im currently 9 weeks pregnant i got off cause i stated feeling dizzy and i got tired i feel fine but i started googling and alot of pages and coments of miscarriage comes up im scared now since i have a miscarriage last year dec 4 2016 and me and my husband wanted to wait a little bit till we tried again do yall think im fine or should i make a doc appointment to make sure everythings fine im worried
