What's your night time routine?

My baby girl is 12 weeks old and we've just started to put in place a night time/bed time routine and I'm just wondering what yours are? I bath her every night and would like to give her a nice massage afterward with the Johnson & Johnson bedtime lotion, but she screams from the moment I pull her out the bath to the moment she's dressed and back in my arms. Any tips?

Zuri gets a bath every night around 7:30-8,
A bottle and a story or a song and she's asleep by 9. She'll usually sleep until daddy gets up to go to work around 5:30 am

My baby is 12 weeks and our routine is that I feed her a bottle of breastmilk to make sure she's completely full, then at 7 lay her down awake with a swaddle and pacifier.  I say goodnight and leave the room.  She usually looks like this 5-10 minutes later.

My baby is the same too. Loves bath time but screams the second she's out the water 😂 we have a bath, bottle then in her crib and goes to sleep by herself. Bedtime is between 730/830pm every night, and has been for the past 2 weeks. I haven't found anything that stops her crying when getting out the bath, so I quickly dry, massage and dress and then it's all forgotten about

My daughter is same. We do bath then I dress her while I sing softly to her. Some days it helps her calm down, other days she screams her head off. I dress her in a dim room and I used to swaddle her but now we use a swaddle sack with one arm out to transition her before she starts flipping. I then feed her then we cuddle while her brother reads us a bedtime story. Depending on her mood, I can put her down with a pacifier and white noise and she falls asleep by herself. If she's too worked up, I may need to rock her till she calms down and some days, I have the rock her to sleep. 
I try to be consistent but I do allow for flexibility.

Mine does the exact same thing. We bathe him every other night. He's usually ready for bed by 8/8:30 no matter if he took a bottle at 5, 6, or 7. On nights we don't do a bath he usually starts getting antsy around 730, so I bounce on a yoga ball or walk the house until 8. On nights we do a bath, we try and get him as close to 8 as possible and then give him a 10-15 min bath. He LOVES the water but gets upset as soon as he's out of the water, which I can only assume is because he's going from warm water to cold temperature in our house. So we've tried warming his towel in the drier before getting him out, we've put his changing pad in the bathroom on the floor to get him dressed in the warm air and everything. I think he's just so ready for a bottle/bed that he just gets himself upset. Because we've put him in the kiddy pool during the day and he hasn't cried. But the bath has become our bedtime routine so I don't want to change it to during the day to see how he does & then mess up his schedule that he's made.

I haven't really implemented a night time routine other than head to
My bedroom and put her down to sleep...however I think I will start giving her a bath every night from now on...
