Managing endo / adeno / PCO?
When you're not TTC, what methods did you use for contraception and to manage endo / adeno / PCO symptoms??
I can't take the pill as it causes ongoing headaches while I'm on it.
My GP suggested me getting the merina after my first pregnancy. I didn't want it because we intended to start TTC a short time later. I'm nervous about this because of complications my friend had with it.
What have you had success with?
We don't intend to have anymore children so using a method that isn't fertility friendly isn't an issue. We needed <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> to get pregnant with our 2 babies but I don't want to risk getting pregnant again (although I wouldn't be sad if I did). I'm looking for something that will also help manage / reduce the pain I get throughout each cycle. So any experience would be greatly appreciated. I had ovary drilling just before I got pregnant so my PCO / ovulation pain is currently not a significant issue, although I'm not sure how long that will last.
