motivation loss
Okay so I seem to have lost all motivation to get fit. And I'm starting to get lazy and just sitting around eating junk food. And I can see myself starting to loose control. I would really like to tone up and work on getting abs. And growing my booty and leg muscles. I need some inspiration and motivation in my life. Someone please help me !!. What do I do ?. Also I don't eat most vegetables. I only eat cauliflower, potatoes and baby corn cuts/spears. I eat fruits and peanuts and meats except seafood.
That makes it difficult too as I know a healthy diet is one of the main keys here. I just don't know. I'm struggling. Please help me !!
