Scary Movie Title

so this is probably a reach, but i remember watching a movie a few years ago on tv and wanted to know if anybody else knows the title. All i really remember was that there was a group of college kids or something and at some point they were digging in a graveyard and they found an old ladys bones i think, and then towards the end there was a really creepy pervy man-ghost. Idk ive just been thinking about it a lot lately and its bugging me that i dont remember the title
