How much is too much caffeine while pregnant?

Hi all! Im currently 5 weeks 3 days pregnant and this is my first time. I loooove my coffee, like really love it. I've been doing some googling and keep finding conflicting information on how much caffeine is safe while pregnant... My go to is two 8oz cups of Keuirg Kcup Timothy's Rainforest Espresso... from what I can find about this product, a standard serving yields about 206grams. Would two servings be too much?

I would look into finding coffee that has less caffeine. I like to have two cups a day but I can never find how much caffeine there is so I try to avoid a second cup altogether. But it sounds like your coffee choice already slightly exceeds recommended caffeine so I wouldn’t do two :/

I usually do one cup a day or a little pop. It's a tough decision some days lol

Yes. The most you should have is 200mg a day

Yep! You can only have 200mg or less per day, especially in the first trimester.

My doctor says that I have to limit my coffee to one average cup a day 😔 it was hard at first, but worth it for baby
