Anyone wean from nursing to sleep? Or have any advice on the subject? I don't mind doing it terribly but I am concerned about naps when I'm not there (I have an event coming up for which lo will be with dad for bedtime) and it sometimes leads to a vicious too hungry to sleep/too tired to eat so I fall asleep cycle. Also worried about all the "if lo doesn't know how to fall asleep on their own a regression will happen" naps are short and erratic but she sleeps for at least 6-7 hours at night now...
