bleeding before af

Hi all, so AF is due in 6 days however this morning whilst I was at work I noticed When i went to the toilet there was blood when I wiped and also a small amount in my underwear.  There has been no more since even when I wipe and me and my partner also BD this evening and still no more blood (sorry for tmi) does anybody have any idea what this could be, is af coming early or am I possibly just getting my hopes up symptom spotting?
