Anyone have a overactive letdown? I brought son to drs today bc he's been choking and having other breastfeeding issues and was concerned. Thought maybe it was thrush as my nipples have been burning. Or something else. Turns out he is fine which is good. And dr said I prob just have a overactive letdown. This causes his choking n issues and is causing my burning n stuff bc I have vasoplasms due to baby constricting blood vessels trying to slow the flow. What r some ways to help this? I read if I pump he may never eat at the breast again bc the flow will b slower. N read he may just get use to it. But what can I do to help us now???
