I have been ttc after miscarriage and D&C at ten weeks we lost the baby last September 2016. Have no idea why but I was diagnosed w over active thyroid which is causing my body to produce to much hormone and speed metabolism up , I lost 10 pounds in April  and still waiting to be put on medicine for my over active thyroid . I'm on cycle day 50 , all BFN , no sign of period. I was checking my cervix and it's position and for the past two weeks to the left of the opening , it's a small little lump there .it could have been there longer I don't know bc I am just now starting to check my cervical position.  It doesn't hurt but I am worried ... I don't know what it could be I called the health department due to not having insurance at the time and they told me to go to a doctor . My bbt chart is all over the place , I don't even think I'm ovulating . Has anyone experienced having a small lump on cervix and if so what advice do you have ? I just want to be a mom so bad it hurts .... and just want answers to what is going on with my body and how to fix this
