I had Nexplanon/Implanon for 4yrs. While I had it, my periods were regular and they were regular after removal as well. I got it removed on 13April. First period started on 18April. Next period started on 25May and lasted until 28May, which was relatively short for me. Anyway, the entire period was bright red ("fresh" blood) and heavy. Okay, so I TTC on 7June because I felt that I was ovulating. High, soft cervix that felt open. My period isn't due until between 28-30June but on Sunday, I saw pink on my tissue and then I got a heavy flow. Not HEAVY heavy but heavy enough to put my Flex cup in. Yesterday, it was heavy still. Today, it was heavy but not as heavy and it's easing up. Again, all bright red. I want to be pregnant but I guess my question is, could this be implantation bleeding even with it being heavy? Not murder scene heavy but heavy enough to be a period. It's 2wks after we DTD and 2wks before expected period. No HPT yet.

With the implant, it'd usually last 7-10 days and some of the blood would be oxidized in the beginning. Since it's been out, no oxidized blood and no cramping.
