How do you keep breasts from sagging?

If you breastfed before and your boobs didn't end up getting saggy, please let me know how you did it!

Breastfeeding doesn't make your boobs saggy. If your boobs become saggy, it's because they were going to anyways. If you have larger breasts, they're gonna be heavier and start to sag.

I had medium nice breast and unfortunately when I was half way through my pregnancy the began to sag, sometimes it just happens hun always wear a comfy bra during pregnancy also

It is not necessarily related breastfeeding. I breastfed my son for 15-16 months and they returned to normal. My mom did not breastfeed either of her children and still had a lift done, and she was not large breasted in the first place, B-C cup. My friend became large breasted while breastfeeding, and has stayed larger after weaning. Every women is different.

I think it's just genetics. My first baby my boobs when from a nice C to and E! Be fire I was done breastfeeding I found out baby 2 was on the way. So they stayed full and milky for some like 3 years from being pregnant the first time til I stopped breast feeding the second. It took them quite some time to recover but they did. Some stretch marks of course but they still stayed a nice C with a very little sat. I was young at just 22. A couple years later got a surprise with baby 3. They never did recover. He sucked the life out of them lol. But he ate well! Almost 8 years later, a divorce, a big move to another state, and now with the man I was always meant to be with and we have our 1st together on the way. I have no idea what happens this time. But I'm not counting on any big pretty breast milk boobs or any chance of recovery. We shall wait and see.
