Rubella - Pregnancy 😥 Please HELP!!!

Firstly I'm not sure if I can post this here. Please excuse me if it isn't the right place to post.

I started TTC from this May after a miscarriage (no particular reason said by doc) in Jan 2017. As part of general check up, I visited my OB Gyn doc a couple of days ago (i was done with my fertility period by then) and she asked me to go for blood tests for rubella, zuke etc. Unfortunately, my test report said I'm not immune to Rubella so I need to get a vaccine for it. She also said I shouldn't be pregnant at the time of vaccine and should start ttc after 1-2 months of vaccine. But, as we've already started to plan for kids.. I got my pregnancy result positive 3 days back. Now, I'm not sure if I can continue with my pregnancy or not. My doc is on vacation and hence she is unable to respond to emails. 😔 I got an appointment for another Gyn doc on July 6 which is the earliest.

Google says, if a woman is infected with rubella during her preg then it would adversely affect the baby (like dumbness, deafness etc). 😣😥😢

Now, as I'm not supposed to take vaccine what should I be doing?? Should I have to get it aborted?? If anyone has any idea.. please please suggest.
