Sore boobs disappeared?

Hey mommas .
Ive had really sore and sensitive bbs since we found out last week.  Today i woke up to no soreness.  Granted last nightd the first i havent sleot in a bra.  Its been 6 years since my last pg so my minds blurry.  Is it normal for symptoms to come and go?  Im 6w 2 days today(give or take 2 days)

Hello! Congratulations ! My symptoms comes and goes as well. It's not constant and it changes from time to time. Like, today I would have sore boobs the next day it would disappear then come back again. Same with my cramps. Some women would have no symptoms at all as it's different for everyone. I'm 5 weeks today. So I think it's just normal.
