is too long of a nap ok for babies?

My 3 month old takes a 4 hour nap. She also naps regularly throughout the day but these naps are only 30-45 mins. But from 10:30 am to 2:30pm she's napping. She also sleeps through the night. Should I let her nap this long? Should she be napping this long?

It's fine for her to sleep that long. She obviously needs it. She's still really little. My dd slept 18 hours a day until she was close to 7 months

That's perfectly fine! She's growing & needs all the sleep she can get! My LO at that age slept/napped almost all day!! 😅

Nope let her sleep! That is anazing, I wish my daughter slept like that. She was/is an awful sleeper

Totally fine! My daughter is 3 months on Monday. She sleeps completely through the night and has a couple shorter naps during the day (maybe 30ish minutes). Then she has a much longer nap in the mid to late afternoon which is usually 2.5-3 hours.
