Do you feel birth control affected your fertility?

Do you think it would have been easier to get pregnant if you hadn't taken any hormonal birth control? For how long did you take it? How much time did it take to you to get pregnant after coming off it? How old were you?

I was on the pill for 12 years. I went off and I got pregnant on my 5th cycle

I was on the pill 6 years and it took me 2 to get pregnant. What I didn't know for most of that 2 years is that I had PCOS and my ovulation day varied. Armed with that information, it only took a couple months

I definitely think so and it makes me so made that I did this to me own body and if I would of known I wouldn't have done it... and I know everyone's different and some get pregnant right away but I'm in that low percentage that it's going to take a long time for me to get pregnant and no one explained that to me at the time that there maybe a possibility in the long run I'd have trouble I was so young and didn't know and now looking back I wouldn't have went on birth control or went on something with lower hormones but it is what it is and no one to blame I just keep praying for my buddl

I was on the Nuva ring for probably 10+ years prior to getting pregnant with my first child. I started using that when it first came out and continued until late 2013. It took us less than 7 months after stopping to successfully conceive. Best of luck.

I was on the pill 8 years. Came off and got pregnant that month. Had the iud 18 months came off it and pregnant that month. Didn't affect us at all.

The first couple months I think it might have. I've heard it can take awhile to get out of your system. We got pregnant the second time nine months after I stopped. Had a miscarriage and it's been another eight.

I was on the depo shot for over 4 years and it took 9 months after my last shot to get AF back. I've been trying for almost a year since I got AF back with no luck.
