Can't last 😫

Ok so my boyfriend and I have been together for a while now but every time we have sex he can't last. We were both each other's first so I understood him not lasting the first time but as we have sex more he still can't last. Like maybe 2-3 minutes at most. I don't want to leave him because of this but I just wish he could last longer! Any thoughts on how to make him last??
