Sterling for middle name?

My husband is obsessed with the name Sterling for some reason. I can barely stand it (thanks to the show Archer). He REALLY wants to use it for a middle name boy or girl. What do you think? I can't see beyond my bias so I'm curious of general opinion. Thanks :)

I'm saying yes for the middle name as my husband wants this as a first name so I'm jealous that you don't have that battle! Haha. I can't say I'm a huge fan, but hubby seems to love it (thanks to Archer!).
