breastfeeding and drinking

Planning on drinking heavil. I have 13 storage bags with pumped milk. I may start around 3pm and will have a babysitter. How much milk should I need? I can probably pump 2 more bags and maybe start drinking later? What do you guys think? I want to make sure he has enough milk!
