any ideas....

I am 11w3d today with my first. For the past two days I have had a constant dull achy pain in my lower abdomen- it is not nausea and eating does not help. I have no idea what it is, is anyone else experiencing this or have any ideas?? No cramping, bleeding or unusual discharge. No sharp, stabbing pains either...
