guilt after masturbation 😕

Ok so I masturbate (quite frequently)

And I'm wondering anybody else has some issues that I have.

I always feel some sort of guilt or disappointment in myself when I get done. Or heck even during I have different thoughts telling me that the people that like me and look at as responsible, wouldn't think the same of me if they knew what I do when I'm alone.

Is it bad to do what I'm doing? I'm really confused and upset about the matter. Please let me know what everyone thinks.
