anyone good at gender guesses??

Hi girls I had my 13 week scan today and got told I'm actually 13 weeks 5 days so now my due date is December 23rd!! So here's my scan picture and I'm just wondering what your thoughts are as to whether it's a girl or a boy? :) the lady kept having to juggle baby around as he/she kept stretching out so she couldn't get mesurents very well :')
