whole milk...!?!

When are you moms introducing whole milk to baby? 11months or exactly when they turn 1 year?

I give him a little milk or juice every now and then...but he's definitely still chugging down that formula. I go through 3 big containers every 2 weeks and he also eats table food...he's a fatty.

Exactly at 12 months cause we get WIC..and that's when they will start giving us whole milk for our youngest..Even though Dr. Said we could start at 11 months old.!

Are any of y'all having troubles with constipation after starting them on whole milk? If so, what have y'all done to help with that?

I give my son silk milk lactose because he's lactose but I also mix it with water but trying to just give him milk instead mixing water in it, also I'm going to start giving him sippy cups instead of bottles

We'll probably wait until 12-15 months. I'm not a fan of milk, and used to drink almond milk before we found out LO has an allergy to almonds😑
I myself am drinking coconut milk now, but haven't decided what we'll offer to her. I heard goat's milk is very similar to human milk. I think I might seen it offered at trader Joe's.

I will start when she turns 1. But won't be doing whole milk. I will give her the horizon  organic milk.

My nearly 11 mth old loves her formula bottles and has been having yoghurt for months but has also just started sipping my smoothies and loves them too. I just add banana and berries to milk and yoghurt and ninja. Delicious! Will slowly switch to milk in a bottle in at 12 mths.

We started mixing 2 oz into his bottle just recently at 10.5 months to see if he noticed.. Hasn't reacted any differently yet so we'll probably up the bottles to half milk half formula after 11 months.

Our pediatrician said it is safe to start anytime since yogurt technically is milk and if you read the formula label the main ingredient is cow milk anyway. So we tried giving him whole milk, but my baby absolutely hated it...
